Trezzi Tubi can cut pipes to measure according to customer needs. For this purpose, it has two cutting lines with a band saw. With this cold working the steel does not undergo any physical or mechanical modification, and the tolerance is ± 1 millimeter.
Verification of chemical properties of steel with the Spectrotest
Trezzi Tubi uses the Spectrotest Mobile metal analyser to carry out process control and routine analysis of metal and their alloys.
It can be used to issue a certificate demostrating the chemical composition of a pipe.
